Najla is experimenting with hand-made type, creating two sets of Alphabets to deal with (Arabic & English). Each letter have their way of freaking you out. She’s still at phase 1, and would like to hear your feedback in order to move on to phase two and which one of the letters (freaks) is your favourite from both languages.

I wonder how it’ll look like if your characters *are* the letters themselves…n not just somehow connected to them.

I personally liked them BECAUSE of the fact. It’s specifically why I thought it was original, because most typefaces developed are usually the freak being the letter itself, forming it with their bodies whatsoever but these ones are great because it shows you how playful the little freaks can be with these big dark letters! hehe
