just doodling around in Illustrator a while ago, I really want to create a children’s book. Who is up for a help?

Her cheeks are magical, they help her out in her little adventures! That’s all I know about her so far :D

omar goes adobe illustrator on you

well I always used Microsoft Powerpoint and loved it, but I thought as a self-proclaimed illustrator it was very important to find my way around Adobe Illustrator. So yeah, here are 2 of my first experiments:

“Mush Goltellak Ma Tokel” which translates into “Didn’t I tell you Not to Eat?”

“Beddi Azabetelli Fenjaan Gahweh” – “I want to fix myself a cup of coffee”

Hopefully I’m any good, I have to say I’m enjoying it yet I think it’s too ‘easy’ to get your illustration to look good – too facilitated I guess describes it best. With beautiful strokes, the way it automatically fixes little squiggles if your hand wasn’t so sturdy and stuff. But still, proud to be finally working with it ;)

old skool

I’m printing off random words, copying my deserted illustrations, scissors and glue. Then copy them again, and I get old-skool posters that are sort of hand-made. Well at least the layout and illustrations are…
